Take that, snow!

Ahhhh, the birds are singing and spring is springing. It's in the 60's today and almost all the snow is melted. Quentin's car is finally not stuck in a snowbank and even the crocuses are pushing through. What a great time of year. Soon, Marianne and I will be sitting on the patio each evening, enjoying some of our homemade wine, which has finally aged about one year. Life is truly good.

Can't wait to join you on the patio for a glass of wine or two! And yes, we'll definitely have to go to a Cubs game while you're here in April. Tickets shouldn't be that much, I'll see what I can find.
Hooray for Spring! We got too busy last fall and didn't plant any bulbs, so no crocuses for us... :(
And hooray for good wine! I'm paraphrasing, but I just read someone on the beer forum saying how eternity is defined as the time between pitching the yeast and drinking a perfectly aged bottle... (Followed by a corollary that a batch will finally reach its peak of flavor and balance just as you open the last bottle... ;)
Awww, look at frankie and his little pile of snow. I can't wait to get home and take him for a spin again! Oh, and to see you guys too I s'pose. ;)
